Poworush KikaiKOA 2″ Precision Cast Steel Bench Vise Blank — Wilton Bullet-Style

Made from 42CrMo chromium-molybdenum alloy steel using a precision casting process. Its material properties are close to AISI/SAE 4140. Compared with ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron, 42CrMo offers higher strength, toughness, and wear resistance, making it well suited for heavy-duty clamping components.

This product is supplied as an unmachined casting blank, retaining the original as-cast surface and machining allowance for further processing. It is suitable for machining projects, DIY bench vise builds, vintage-style vise projects, and collectors.

The exterior design is inspired by the classic Wilton Bullet Vise style, featuring its recognizable cylindrical enclosed body, streamlined vise profile, robust jaw support structure, and traditional American industrial proportions. The overall appearance is compact, solid, and strongly influenced by vintage industrial design.
