Four edge radii for inspection: 40 mm, 60 mm, 90 mm, 115 mm. High-quality edges make it easier to check your grinding.

 

A 1-inch square window for estimating “points per inch”.

 

Overall dimensions: 62 mm × 62 mm × 3 mm, with a 1-inch square window inside.

 

Material: 42CrMo, surface hardness 40 HRC.

 

Surface treated with black oxide to prevent rust.

 

Overall flatness controlled within 0.02 mm.

 

Manufacturing process: CNC milling for surfaces and contour edges, followed by surface grinding on both faces. Markings applied by laser engraving.
